We had an awful experience with Arch movers. They damaged two pieces of expensive furniture, busted up our dry wall, scratched out newly painted walls. They were not timely or professional and quoted us $400 lower than they actually charged. Corporate will dodge you if you have an issue. I followed up multiple times and no solution.

If you are looking for an economical moving company, this is a good option. The movers got all our stuff from Point A to Point B, it was not expensive, and they were available when we needed them. However, they charged a special rate for moving a piano and did not move it properly, leading to substantial damage. The worker who damaged the piano admitted he had never moved a piano before and did not really know what he was doing. We had difficulty getting compensation from customer service, but in the end, they did send us a fair check to help pay for the damage. There were also a few instances of miscommunication between the movers and the original quote we had received. I would not recommend this company if you have a piano or other fragile things you are concerned about, or if you value professionalism over low-cost or convenience.

The crew showed up exactly when they said they were going to show up, they were very quick to load our belongings, also very careful with everything. We were so happy that we chose arch, moving and a special things to, our crew, Jamare, Stashaun, and Isaiah. Where to I start? Amazing service, work ethic and personalities. Charles, Dashawn, and Stashawn were amazing! Worked hard, got the job done and left me smiling. Moved from a 3 story house, to an apartment on the fifth floor. Needless to say, wasn't easy. They took it all and smiled! When we move again in a few years, I'll be a return customer! Great Experience!I was running late for my move, the gentlemen made contact and was told I was going to be late. They waited patiently as I arrived without hesitation they started working. I would highly recommend Arch Moving to anyone looking for a fast and professional move at a great value. Movers Tyler and Isaiah helped me unload two moving pods in half the estimated time, including several heavy pieces and a sleeper sofa, and took great care of all of my belongings during the process. They were friendly, courteous, and on time, and they even helped me piece back together some furniture once everything was inside. Charles and Tyrin came out and offloaded my truck in record time after a long drive from California. They even save me from having to get another storage unit by packing so efficiently. I actually have more room now in my storage unit than I did in the truck of the same size. I scheduled my move with Arch Movers a couple weeks in advance. On the scheduled date, 12/28/22, I received a call asking me if it would be alright to change the start time from 9:00 to 1:00. I agreed because the man stated the morning crew was sick. Later I received an email confirmation that they would be there between 1:00 and 4:00. That time-frame also passed and still no movers, no call and no email. I did get a call from Rob the next morning apologizing and offering to take care of our move around 1:00 on 12/29.By then I had already contacted another moving company and Strong Arms Moving was already there to take care of the move. I was not going to cancel just because Arch stated they would move me for free. They also said they would contact me the next morning about compensation for the predicament they created. They never called.We sold our home and the new buyers were ready to move in but we had not been able to move out because Arch Movers did not show up! This company is unreliable and unprofessional and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

When finished, you can have the PODS moved to your new location for unpacking later.
