First time I have ever used professional movers and was incredibly satisfied! Antonio and Charles were polite and personable. They moved all of my belongings, some being very heavy, as far as three floors and handled everything with care. They also helped in disassembly of certain pieces of furniture, as well wrapping everything for that extra layer of protection. 10/10 would go back to arch again.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. The crew was professional and friendly however 3 hours into the move the informed us they didn't have any more room in the truck. The new buyers were ready to move in and they were only half way done. The mover stated they had until 5 which was not what we signed up for. I had to talk to the new buyers twice and luckily they were understanding and patient. We did not get everything moved into our new house until after 5pm which was a total of 8 hours. When we used Two Men and a Truck two years prior it took half that time for even more furniture! Also they damaged a lot of our furniture included a piece of furniture left to me by my grandmother before she passed away. Also they quoted us for 600 dollars but the final bill was for 1800! The worst part is we spoke to a manager by the name of Bobby and he was not professional at all and we have not received any follow up calls regarding our issues. I would not recommend them. We should have used a different company.

I had Austin and Eddie as my movers over the weekend and am very pleased with their work. I was supposed to get three movers but on the morning of the move, there were several employees of Arch that called in sick. Austin and Eddie ended up having to do my move without that third mover. They never complained, just went straight to work and got my move done in the time quoted, even though there were only two of them. They were in good spirits and were very pleasant to be around. I highly recommend Arch Moving and specifically Austin and Eddie!

We booked Arch Moving to help us combine two apartments into a single household and had an incredibly smooth experience. Their rate was comparable to others in the area and booking our move was simple. On the day of the move, our movers John and Cole were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, followed our requests for what to handle gently and where items should go, and most importantly handled all of our items with care. Our furniture and appliances arrived with no scuffs or damage and everything is where we asked for it to go. Despite it being a long day with a lot of items to move, they never once complained or slowed down. A great experience overall.

Recently moved with Arch Moving. I had Tyler, Charles, and Jeremiah Jones. They were great. I saw two differentiate guys pick up tables by themselves that would have been heavy for me and my husband to pick up together. I told them ahead of time I just had the floors refinished in the new house and they put down blankets on the floors and and the wood banisters. I saw them coach each other while carrying stuff to make sure not to hit me walls. I really appreciate their care.

This was our first time using Arch Moving, and it's no wonder why my parents have used them for their moving needs and recommended them. It was easy to coordinate and schedule the move. We got confirmation and updates, and never had to question if they would show up on time. Our team of movers, Matt and Cole, were careful with all of our furniture. They were respectful, quick, knowledgeable, and safe. We had some really heavy furniture, but they moved it with ease and no damage to walls or floors. Best team ever! If we ever need movers again, Arch Moving is the only company we will work with.

I do not recommend Arch Moving- The movers told me at 9:45am they would arrive at our new house with the full load in 30-40 minutes, and didn't show up until noon.- Failed to move what we paid them to move (we made 3 separate trips later that day)-When the movers arrived they sat in their truck looking at their phones, and it took me coming out and (kindly) saying "Do you guys need anything?" for them to get out.-Damaged our professionally freshly painted walls (in SO many spots!)-Mishandled our beige couch and the arms are now truly filthy.-Broke our dryer.-Quoted us $300-$600 to move a 1 bedroom house (no huge furniture except washer and dryer, no steep stairs, etc). This was a straightforward move (29 boxes and some small furniture). Ended up costing $720 before tip.-We called Arch a handful of times and sent multiple emails with supporting documents asking for them to address the damage and our less than ideal experience. After two full months of communication their resolution was to send a check for $60. $60 is less than it cost to get our broken dryer diagnosed. We had hundreds of dollars worth of damage in total.I am truly disappointed in their inexperience and lack of accountability. Every time I spoke with Nino it really seemed like he cared and wanted to make things right. He never followed up, even after I sent an invoice for the washer diagnosis, handfuls of photos of the damages, and text messages between myself and the movers.

Jamare and Charles were so thorough and fun during our move. They worked late into the night, and they never let it slow them down. They were careful to put everything where it needed to go, and they packed that truck to the brim to get as much in as possible. What I expected to be a 9 hour job was done in 5 hours, they wrapped all of my furniture, and set everything up in my house per my request. I had never hired movers before, and was worried how the process would be. Our movers were Tyrin and Charles and they were incredible. They are extremely hard workers, attentive, careful, and very kind people. If I ever need to move within the region again, I will definitely be using Arch movers and even requesting them by name! 10/10 do recommend!

Joe & Christopher came right on time, packed everything up from one basement (had to go up lots of stairs for us!) to transport it to another location's first floor and basement. I had a moving company cancel on me last minute. I moved from another state and needed to return my Uhaul that day. I called Arch Moving and within 30 minutes, they had me booked and the movers were at my house. The guys were friendly, polite, efficient, professional, and careful with my things. They never complained, were happy to assemble my furniture, and got everything done quickly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Arch Moving did a great job not only getting our stuff safely and quickly out of our old place and into the new one— but of transporting it from St. Louis to the middle of Missouri. Our movers Charles and Byron did a fantastic job bundling all our furniture up in the truck so that it was pristine and undamaged, and they were easy to work with, quick and thoughtful about what they were doing, responsive and generally very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and Arch Moving generally.

John N and Isaiah H were awesome. Super nice, really careful and completely professional. When it was difficult to find parking at my apartment, they were flexible and found a solution that probably made things a little harder for them, but made sure I was taken care of. But what really put them over the top was how they not only powered through when it started to pour outside, but how they both protected my furniture and were always careful to not track anything into my new home the entire time. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Arch Moving. We had John, Myron, and Landon assist with our move to our new home. This required two trips from our old home as well as a trip to a storage unit to retrieve all of our belongings. The guys showed up ahead of schedule and immediately went to work loading boxes. Throughout the whole day, all three of them were professional and hard working, even going the extra mile to get a very heavy armoire up a tight staircase. Would definitely recommend Arch Moving for any of your moving needs!

My wife and I used Arch moving to move from our 2 bedroom apartment in Chesterfield to our new house in Wildwood in June 2022. Owen and Demetrius showed up on time. They were super friendly and loaded the truck up quickly. Everything arrived to our house without any issue. In addition, we were originally scheduled to move in early July but we were able to move into our house earlier than expected in mid-June and Arch moving was super accommodating. Their prices were in-line with all other companies in the greater St. Louis metro area. I would recommend Arch Moving and will be using them again in the future.

These movers are borderline criminal. They recklessly packed their truck and broke over $5000 worth of furniture only to reimburse us $350. They busted the drywall in our brand new home, broke multiple glass and furniture pieces, and every upholstered item on their truck had to be professionally cleaned. While I understand that no move is perfect, they were so incredibly negligent it’s hard to believe they are still in business. Absolute disaster. Do not use these movers!

Today, I had John, Randy, and Jamari.All 3 super helpful and careful. Originally, I had ask for 2 people; unfortunately, a truck broke down on the highway. Fortunately, 3 people worked out perfectly and less cost.I would recommend them over 2 men and a truck. I had experiences with them too but these company works sufficiently and fast.Thanks guys.

I contacted them on a Tuesday morning because a different company had bailed - they were responsive, helpful, and able to set up a time to unload a Ubox Wednesday morning less than 24 hrs. later!Everything went perfectly - the movers, Tyler and Eddie showed up on time, were friendly, efficient and careful with the furniture, walls/floors etc. They really helped take all the stress out of the moving process.My whole experience with Arch was fantastic, they were extremely helpful and always looking for ways to make their service as cost-effective as possible! 3 guys Landon Joln G and Myron came to move us into our new 3500 square foot house. They were polite on time and very quick. They had us moved from the apartment into the house. I would not recommend this company at all! They destroyed 2 standing lamps 1 picture and every piece of furniture was knicked up and damaged. It’s been over 2 weeks now and still no action their end for compensation of damages. We were excited about moving into our new house and then devastated to see all the damage to our furniture. So yes do not use this company for your move you won’t like the results!
