I would highly recommend Arch Moving to anyone looking for a fast and professional move at a great value. Movers Tyler and Isaiah helped me unload two moving pods in half the estimated time, including several heavy pieces and a sleeper sofa, and took great care of all of my belongings during the process. They were friendly, courteous, and on time, and they even helped me piece back together some furniture once everything was inside. I really appreciate their help and couldn't have done this without them. Thanks Tyler and Isaiah!

Charles and Tyrin came out and offloaded my truck in record time after a long drive from California. They even save me from having to get another storage unit by packing so efficiently. I actually have more room now in my storage unit than I did in the truck of the same size. I scheduled my move with Arch Movers a couple weeks in advance. On the scheduled date, 12/28/22, I received a call asking me if it would be alright to change the start time from 9:00 to 1:00. I agreed because the man stated the morning crew was sick. Later I received an email confirmation that they would be there between 1:00 and 4:00. That time-frame also passed and still no movers, no call and no email. I did get a call from Rob the next morning apologizing and offering to take care of our move around 1:00 on 12/29.By then I had already contacted another moving company and Strong Arms Moving was already there to take care of the move. I was not going to cancel just because Arch stated they would move me for free. They also said they would contact me the next morning about compensation for the predicament they created. They never called.We sold our home and the new buyers were ready to move in but we had not been able to move out because Arch Movers did not show up! This company is unreliable and unprofessional and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

We booked this company for our move after a recommendation and reading the awesome reviews even though they were not the lowest price. We were only moving a 3 bedroom home about 2 miles away so thought it would be pretty straight-forward and easy move. However, the morning of the move, I received a call that we would only be getting 2 guys instead of 3 due to a no show. The guys were very nice, but I have a few things that I was not entirely thrilled with. I thought, based on the reviews, that they would be incredibly efficient, but they were not. It took two separate truck loads of a three bedroom home with very minimal boxes included. I am not sure what they would have done if we were moving further away. I don't know if the truck just was not packed efficiently or what, but it was disappointing to say the least that we had to load and unload twice. Secondly, we ended up with a broken bookcase, a broken crib, and a loose leg on our kitchen table. The bookcase was not salvageable - it blew over in the wind while sitting outside by the truck waiting to be loaded. We "doctored" up the crib to make it usable. Thirdly, a few times, including with the crib, the movers suggested my husband help move it, take it apart, help with the kitchen table, etc and I was not impressed that they were suggesting he help when that is why we hired movers. Finally, our sectional that was going downstairs definitely fit, but we were told "this won't fit" and my husband had to be the one that suggested and completed the removal of the "feet" in order to make it fit. Once again, very nice guys, but we were just not impressed by the quality of the move. Maybe it depends on who you get with your move because a lot of the reviews praise for efficiency and service.

Just used this company to move and they did an excellent job. Matthew and Isaiah were very fast and very easy to work with. They carried everything, no matter how heavy or oddly shaped. They were friendly, kind, efficient, respectful-- I felt like the three of us worked seamlessly as a team and that was a huge relief during something as stressful as a big move. They took the time when we got to the new address to place everything in its proper room and location, and even helped me set up my bedroom furniture. Needed to move my sister-in-law's belongings out of an upstairs apartment. Tywin and Charles arrived early to the site. Both were very professional and friendly. Got everything down the narrow, steep stairwell and into our trailer quickly even with having to deal with the narrow door. Would definitely call Arch Moving again if the need arises!

First time I have ever used professional movers and was incredibly satisfied! Antonio and Charles were polite and personable. They moved all of my belongings, some being very heavy, as far as three floors and handled everything with care. They also helped in disassembly of certain pieces of furniture, as well wrapping everything for that extra layer of protection. 10/10 would go back to arch again.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. The crew was professional and friendly however 3 hours into the move the informed us they didn't have any more room in the truck. The new buyers were ready to move in and they were only half way done. The mover stated they had until 5 which was not what we signed up for. I had to talk to the new buyers twice and luckily they were understanding and patient. We did not get everything moved into our new house until after 5pm which was a total of 8 hours. When we used Two Men and a Truck two years prior it took half that time for even more furniture! Also they damaged a lot of our furniture included a piece of furniture left to me by my grandmother before she passed away. Also they quoted us for 600 dollars but the final bill was for 1800! The worst part is we spoke to a manager by the name of Bobby and he was not professional at all and we have not received any follow up calls regarding our issues. I would not recommend them. We should have used a different company.

I had Austin and Eddie as my movers over the weekend and am very pleased with their work. I was supposed to get three movers but on the morning of the move, there were several employees of Arch that called in sick. Austin and Eddie ended up having to do my move without that third mover. They never complained, just went straight to work and got my move done in the time quoted, even though there were only two of them. They were in good spirits and were very pleasant to be around. I highly recommend Arch Moving and specifically Austin and Eddie!

We booked Arch Moving to help us combine two apartments into a single household and had an incredibly smooth experience. Their rate was comparable to others in the area and booking our move was simple. On the day of the move, our movers John and Cole were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, followed our requests for what to handle gently and where items should go, and most importantly handled all of our items with care. Our furniture and appliances arrived with no scuffs or damage and everything is where we asked for it to go. Despite it being a long day with a lot of items to move, they never once complained or slowed down. A great experience overall.

Recently moved with Arch Moving. I had Tyler, Charles, and Jeremiah Jones. They were great. I saw two differentiate guys pick up tables by themselves that would have been heavy for me and my husband to pick up together. I told them ahead of time I just had the floors refinished in the new house and they put down blankets on the floors and and the wood banisters. I saw them coach each other while carrying stuff to make sure not to hit me walls. I really appreciate their care.
