Great quality service with excellent communication!Despite having more stuff to be moved than originally expected, driving hours to move me to a new city, and dealing with a difficult furniture company, Charles and Tyrin were absolutely amazing. I was not there for the move and am so afraid of the damage that I am anticipating. My husband who was there, had to constantly supervise and they would not listen to him. These are some of the things he shared with me after they loaded. My husband was tired of the constant disagreements. The shock when I learned that they put the sofa ON TOP of the boxes!!!! I packed carefully, but did not pack with the possibility of a couch being on any of my boxes. Dropped my computer monitor. Did not handle our stuff with care....very rough. Carried the TV (although it was covered and wrapped) on top of his head and possibly damaged the screen. They were going to load the heavy stuff at the back of the truck and even when I called they said that's how they do it, that our way was just different, but everything would be fine. Just a few of the obvious problems. Probably could have waited until they left before they got high. My husband was exhausted and worn out. He didn't have it in him to do it himself. What a nightmare! I am expecting the worst! To start out, the lady told my husband he didn't have a big enough truck and we needed to reschedule the move. The supervisor kept trying to reassure my husband by saying, "I'm the supervisor, I know what I'm doing."

We had Arch Moving help us move into our forever home this weekend. We had to pick up items from two places before unloading them at our final destination. Tyrin and Eddie were professional, accommodating, very careful to check to see if there were any weak spots with furniture or when dealing with anything fragile. Very impressed to see how much they were able to fit into one truck and how quickly they did it. When we got to our new house, they wanted to be sure everything was where we wanted it to e, which helped us get a quick jump on unpacking. I highly recommend Arch Moving to anyone who is considering using a moving service!

Mark and Matt were a great help with my move. They contacted me when they were on their way, arrived on time, and checked in with me at every step of the move to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. They worked together effectively, and not only did they move all of my stuff without damaging anything, they were all around pleasant to interact with. Definitely would recommend.Update: Used Arch Moving again. It was easy to contact the company to make a reservation and to update my reservation when the need arose. Sean and Mannie helped me with a tricky move and were patient and good-humored throughout. They made the experience less difficult than it might have been otherwise.

We scheduled for the moving company to arrive at 9:00am and unfortunately, due to a mechanical issue, the original crew was unable to arrive. The issue could not be resolved which resulted in a 5 hour delay. Charles and Tyrin are the only reason we are giving this company a 5 star review! These gentlemen went over and beyond for us; even after helping another customer earlier in the day. They were careful, yet quick paced, and provided outstanding service. Our movers, Jesse, Charles, and Jamare were great! They came in an quickly assessed our move and got straight to work. They wrapped all of our belongings and were so careful with everything. They made the move super fun, and kept us laughing all day long. I've hired Arch Moving three times over the last few months, twice for work and once for a personal move. All three times the movers have been professional, efficient, and took great care with my belongings. I worked with Jamare and Devon for my personal move today and they were phenomenal. They had to go up and down three flights of stairs with heavy boxes and furniture, but they still moved everything out of my apartment so fast! If you're moving in the STL area, I highly recommend this company.
