They broke Our marble base of our $1000 table and a mirror that they didn’t secure properly. Backed into our mailbox and were very unprofessional. I disputed the $150 check they sent they said if they gave refunds for all the things they break they wouldn’t be in business. Very disappointing!

100% satisfied.I had my move last Saturday on 6/11 and feel I received a stellar value working with John and his crew.It was hot out and these guys still worked hard. Extremely impressed especially since I had 2 large truckloads of stuff.I made sure to have some sandwiches and waters, etc just in case. Felt like the right thing to do. If you use this company you might as well too, especially with this insane heatwave going on.Probably my favorite part was that everyone had a distinct personality, thought that was cool vs working with robots.5 stars all the way.

I'd like to respond to a previous review in which this company was given a one star review. I am the customer whose belongings were being unloaded in the alley referred to in her comment. I'd like to say first, the men were in no way rude. They had been parked in the alley for hours with their blinkers on and visible from both ends of the alley. Not one other car saw the van stopped in the alley and continued to drive up to the truck and demand it be moved. It was a 100 degree day, they had been working in that heat for over 7 hours. There was one piece left to unload, and two of the men were in the process of literally carrying this 150 pound eight foot tall cabinet out of the truck when they were asked to stop what they were doing and move. At no time were they rude: they simply explained that there was this one piece left to unload, and once it was off the truck they would move. We are all hot, and tired, and often say or do things we wish we hadn't. However, in this case the driver had made it obvious that the truck was in the alley unloading (blinkers on in an alley more than wide enough to accommodate a car making a u-turn); responded to the woman's concerns by explaining about the one piece left on the truck (which was not secured to the truck in any way; had they moved the truck my cabinet might have been damaged); offered to move the truck as soon as the one piece was unloaded (they were not unloading things, there was only one thing); and only two cars passed by the truck once they moved it, not four. It's hot, and we don't like to be inconvenienced especially in the heat, but these men did not deserve this negative review. As the customer who paid for this move and watched these guys work for 9 hours in 100 degree heat. I can tell you they did an outstanding job, were polite and considerate. An alley is not a street, and when a trash truck is parked in an alley working on dumping one container we don't write negative reviews. Let's all try a little kindness and understanding of and for each other.

The movers did a good job moving the all the items in a timely manner. Yet later that day while unwrapping the chest of drawers I noticed they had stolen $3-$400 out of one of the drawers. Called and made a complaint and never even got a call back.After I paid over $500 for the move and and even tipped after that. I'll never do this again

I have just set up my first move with this company and I am eager to see their work. The interview was professional. I can't think of anything that was left out that will negatively impact my future experience. I've read all of the negative reviews that have been left and they seen like blatant attempts to steal from you with fake stories and ill placed blame. I made it clear that I have a wooden curio that is near 8 feet tall. Matthew did not just keep brushing through questions. I believe he will relay enough info that the movers will be prepared. If I get the quality I expect with the price I've been given and the great service I've already sampled, I will be making this my go to henceforth as well as updating this Review. Looking forward to an easy and professional experience. Thank you

Our move with Jahy and Charles went great! They worked hard for about 10 hours, stopping only for lunch. I don't know how they did it, because we were exhausted at the end of the day, and they did the hard part. They took good care of our things. We had to make a second trip, which was unexpected. They had good attitudes all day and rolled with it.

The team was very efficient even in the middle of a torrential rainstorm. They were even so careful of the baby bird nest right at the front door and tried to use other doorways so as not to disturb them. They are very transparent in their pricing. Hired Arch to do a local move after we sold our home. My impressions started from the first phone call, very professional and concise questions to determine what was needed for our move and come to a cost estimate. We hired 3 movers for the job (Matt, Cole and Chris W) were on-time, professional and very careful with our stuff. I'm not one to leave a 5-star review unless it's truly earned...meaning that I'm a tough customer. I recently moved from St. Louis to Greenville, SC. I hired Wildcat Moving out of KY to move my stuff (I didn't have to share a truck with others or wait weeks for my stuff). Wildcat coordinated everything and scheduled of one their preferred vendors, Arch Moving. Arch sent Charles, Detrious, and Nick. Just wow! Skip the other moving companies and hire these guys. They arrived on time, were courteous, and very careful with my stuff. They even moved a heavy duty king sized Broyhill bedroom set down staircase with a turn. (The previous owners left the set with the house because they couldn't figure out how to get it out!) Anyway, they packed a 4 bedroom house in less that 6 hours, barely stopping for the pizza I got them for lunch. They guys hustled! Now for the amazing part - the truck was up and down through mountains, went across country....not one broken item!! I had a few scratches which I expected considering they filled a 26ft. truck, but nothing major because they wrapped everything in blankets and plastic. It's no wonder this company has such good reviews. Well done, Arch moving!!

Our movers, Quentin, Isaiah H and Charles, were truly amazing! Not only were they incredibly friendly and communicative, but they were super quick, efficient and effective. These guys were polite, respectful and fun to talk to throughout the day. They were very careful with our belongings, made sure to wrap everything and asked questions frequently to ensure everything went smoothly. Even with a less-than-ideal elevator situation and a hot day, they made the move truly enjoyable for us. We would 100% recommend these three guys to anyone.In general, Arch Moving was a great company to work with for our move. They were the most reasonably priced compared to other companies we got quotes from and were quick to respond and work with us. We will recommend this company to friends and family who need help moving.

We absolutely loved these guys. I specifically had Isaiah H, Charles, and Quentin move our stuff from a 5th floor loft in the city to a new home just south. All three of them were efficient movers 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼. I was impressed by their strength and Stamia through the hot 95°F day. Our belongings were handled with great care and they were such polite guys. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your next move!Also, I'm still getting over how Quentin carried a whole friggin oversized couch down 5 flights of steps by HIMSELF. We got the help from Clint, Chris and Marcel for our moving. They showed up right on time and shrink wrapped everything in record time. Moving is a daunting job and they made sure its hassle free and smooth. The most difficult part was an insane job of moving an old refrigerator to the basement and they made it happen.
